GALLERY5X7 welcomes Lisa Brussell to our community of artists and collectors! We are excited to feature a number of Lisa’s beautiful cyanotypes, multi-layered gum bichromates over cyanotypes and ziatypes for purchase. These handcrafted alternative process prints are wonderful additions to our galleries.

Artist Bio

Always open to learning a new artistic process, Lisa discovered the magical place where the digital world meets the tactile quality of historic photographic printing processes. She loves the process of combining different techniques and discovering ways to enhance the emotive quality of her photographic images. Her botanicals and landscapes reflect the quiet power of nature. Mostly self taught, she currently works using cyanotype, gum-bichromate, ziatype platinum and photopolymer gravure.

Lisa works out of her northern California home studio where she also creates branding and package design for clients.

We welcome Lisa to our community of artists and collectors.

About GALLERY5X7

GALLERY5X7 promotes the work of represented artists to facilitate direct connections between artists and potential collectors/buyers. We are breaking the traditional art gallery sales model; we do not directly sell prints or take a sales commission as do other galleries, instead we facilitate sales directly between the artist and collector and rely on the financial support of the community we serve to place a value on our services. We trust our community will reward us if we provide a valued service.

GALLERY5X7 facilitates direct connections between artists and collectors as we believe this approach establishes a personal connection and trust that can lead to long-term relationships – relationships that we intend to foster, not get between.  We hope you will find our “get the gallery out of the way” approach refreshing!
