I caught this moment at sunset. Deadvlei is one of the most unique places of Namibia. It is a famous White Clay pan which is situated near the Sossusvlei. The trees in Deadvlei died around 1000 years ago. It became too dry for the trees to even decompose - they simply scorched black in the sun, monuments to their own destruction.
